With a broad and deep background in healthcare, Helen brings not only clinical expertise but also a genuine dedication to improving the quality of life for each individual in our care. Her experience spans years of hands-on nursing, as well as advanced studies and certifications in Dementia and Advanced Dementia Studies, making her particularly attuned to the specialized needs of residents with memory care needs. Helen joined the Medina Group of Care Homes in Nottinghamshire in 2019 and has since made a meaningful impact as the Registered Manager in three different care homes. Currently, she oversees both Stapleford View Care Home and Wilford View Care Home, providing leadership, oversight, and a personal touch in both locations.

Helen’s approach to care is rooted in her belief that each person deserves respect, dignity, and a sense of belonging.
